What the form collects

We collect your name, phone number, cleaning address, selected service, cleaning frequency and requested timeframe. Unit number, email, postal code, cleaning extras and cleaning notes are optional.

How we use it

Your details are stored with your enquiry so Moppi can contact you, check service coverage and discuss the cleaning, price and availability. Providing a phone number is sufficient; email is optional.

Storage and access

Enquiries are saved in this website’s hosted database. The website has no public enquiry list or public lookup for personal details. A hashed request source and submission time help limit repeated submissions.

Cleaner applications

If you apply to clean with Moppi, we collect your first and last name, mobile number, email, postal code, general availability, cleaning experience, transportation preference and any optional comments. We use these details to review your application and contact you about next steps. Applications are stored in our hosted database and available only to authorized reviewers. Unfinished answers stay in the current page until you submit; refreshing or closing the page clears them.

Selected applicants may be asked to send a video in a private WhatsApp conversation or speak by phone. This website does not record, upload or store applicant videos. WhatsApp handles the messages and videos you choose to send through its service. Applying does not enrol you in marketing or automatically approve you for work.

Cleaning visits and photos

For booked visits, Moppi stores customer contact details, the cleaning address, schedule, job instructions, the assigned cleaner, before and after photos, completion time and any feedback or problem reports. Authorized staff use these records to organize and review your cleaning and follow up when needed.

Cleaners receive a private link to their assigned visit. Customers receive a separate private link to completed cleaning photos and feedback. Keep these links private: anyone with a valid link can access the information it permits. Photos are stored privately and aren’t used as public advertising through this flow. Job notifications may be sent through our email service; staff may also share links manually in WhatsApp.

Your choices

The form does not enrol you in marketing. You can ask Moppi to correct or delete your enquiry, application or cleaning-visit information when we contact you.
